2. Include: the URL on our site, identification of the work infringed, your contact details, and a good-faith statement that you are (or represent) the rights holder.
3. We acknowledge within 48 hours and, for valid requests, remove or disable access promptly. Where the game comes from a distributor feed, we also report it upstream.
